Jeff Ollis, our lead instructor, has spent more than 30 years honing his skills as a shooter and more than 40 years sharing his passion for teaching. Right On Target Training was born from his desire to bring these two lifelong passions together—and his students are grateful that he did.

Since opening its doors in 2020 with pistol training, Right On Target Training has quickly earned a reputation for quality instruction, a patient and approachable teaching style, and a genuine commitment to helping students become confident and responsible firearm owners. Whether you are a first-time gun owner or an experienced shooter looking to sharpen your skills, Jeff brings the same dedication, attention to detail, and enthusiasm to every class.

Today, Right On Target Training offers a wide range of courses, including Pistol, Rifle, Shotgun, Range Safety Officer, Concealed Carry, and NRA Instructor training for Pistol, Rifle, and Shotgun. The training also extends beyond firearms, with American Heart Association courses in First Aid/CPR/AED.

What started with a passion for shooting and teaching has grown into a training program built around one simple goal: helping every student become more knowledgeable, capable, and confident.
