Policies

Eligibility

Firearms courses are open all US citizens and permanent residents who are at least 18 years old and may legally own firearms.

Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable and are due at the time of registration as detailed on the class calendar.  Deposits will be refunded if the class is canceled unless the class is canceled due to the student.

Cancelations and No-Show

Cancelations made more than one week before the class will be offered a refund minus the deposit or the opportunity to reschedule to another class date.  Cancelations less than a week but more than 48 hours will be given an opportunity to reschedule.  Cancelations less than 48 hours or students who do not attend without notice will result in no refund.

Safety Violations

Safety violations that are deemed by the instructor as serious will result in the student being removed from the class without refund.

Balance of Fees

All fees must be paid by the start of class.
